ABOUT THE JOB
As our Office Team Lead you, together with your teammates, are the ones making the everyday work for your colleagues around our offices in Denmark. Your primary work tasks are divided into three areas: Events, Office spaces and daily operation. You will be the Team Lead for a team of 3 colleagues, who are supporting you with administration, coordination in physical locations and purchasing.
You are the one planning and executing our event calendar in close dialogue with our managers. It means creating the best and most inspiring events from Strategy cafes, bigger kick-off meetings and events across our locations in Europe – to local events in the offices in Denmark, such as Friday Bars, Team Events, and anniversaries.

- Keeping our physical locations functional and inspiring in Aarhus, Copenhagen & Odense
- Contact with landlords, contractors, and architects
This position is placed in Aarhus, but you can expect travel days every second week to either our office in Odense or in Copenhagen. As this is a maternity cover the employment will last until June 2023.
We expect you to be a service-minded person who loves coordination and communication. Preferably you have experience in the service industry, where you are used to planning and executing bigger events. You will be the go-to person for your colleagues, so it is important that you are open-minded, excellent at prioritizing & delegating - and a problem solver who can manage several events running at the same time.
Finally, it is a requirement that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
