Client Director for Global Commerce Brands on Salesforce

ABOUT THE JOB
You will be part of the Salesforce team with experienced colleagues, consisting of business consultants, project managers, developers, and quality experts. In the team, we seek to innovate the classic project model in relation to both customers and internal partners. Both our team's focus, and our ways of working are very directed at helping our clients succeed. That said, we have a lot of fun while doing so – team spirit and taking care of each other are keys to our continuous success. We work across the Salesforce Customer 360 solutions – Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud as the main solutions. And we build solutions from classic web to mobile apps and future in-store commerce.
Your focus as Client Director is on growing the business and relationship with our clients through data-driven consultancy and guidance for both team and clients towards great customer experience and growth. Yes, it is sales, only in the trusted, relational and truly competence, and team-oriented way.

The role is broad, but the following will be expected of you:
- Client advisory on digital commerce and value-generating activities, and thereby contributing to sales and new projects - lining up solid roadmaps and backlogs, and team bookings
- Commercial and professional guidance for your customer portfolio, including ensuring customer growth and achieving their defined KPIs
- Creating and presenting strategy, concepts, and inspiration for customers
- Responsible for diligent and professional account follow up and growth
- Matching customer needs (and sometimes making them aware of these) with our Salesforce offerings and collaborate with Salesforce on commerce opportunities
- Learn and communicate new solutions in Salesforce Customer 360 and digital commerce
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong e-commerce experience. It is a big plus if you have hands-on experience with driving, managing, or building an e-commerce business
- Strong commercial and growth-oriented consultancy mindset, with great ability to understand your client's business and convert into practical advisory
- Technical understanding and/or experience with technical projects, preferably related to e-commerce (PIM, ERP, CMS, various digital marketing tools, etc.)
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a bonus (also other relevant Salesforce related clouds - Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud etc.)
- Big plus if you have experience in handling clients, accounts and projects and growing client relationships over time
- Self-driven and can-do mindset, as well as big team player with an eagerness to see how your knowledge and teamwork can create results for clients
- You are capable to drive and improve processes and work across the organization and create enthusiasm with the customer and our teams
