ABOUT THE JOB

As a senior IT Supporter in IMPACT, you will be part of an IT team of seven, where we always strive to provide the best service both internally and externally. 

You will support our systems and +400 colleagues through a helpful and thoughtful approach on a day-to-day basis and will be involved in our ongoing projects continuously improving the IT services we deliver. 

You will also engage with third-party suppliers to ensure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior IT Supporter, it is also expected that you proactively have an eye for spotting ineffective ways of working.

YOUR PROFILE

We imagine you have an education in IT, for example, IT Technology or IT Supporter. In addition, you have 4+ years of experience in a similar position with a focus on IT Support and project implementation. Ideally with experience from a medium-large sized company.

We expect you to have experience with several of the following:

• macOS and Windows, providing equal support for both

• O365 incl. SharePoint, Teams, etc.

• Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory & Intune

• IT Administration

• Zendesk or similar IT Service Desk platform

• Workflow automation

• Kandji

As a person, you are helpful, flexible, outgoing, positive, and responsible and have technical flair, and thrive with versatile tasks from day to day and in an atmosphere where there is room for humor. 

You work structured and can have a lot on your plate at a time, have good collaborating and communicating skills, but also at working independently and taking responsibility. 

You are technically skilled, willing to learn, and curious about new tasks as well as quick at familiarizing yourself with these. 

It is a plus if you can communicate both orally and in writing in Danish and English.

Finally, you spot areas where we can improve our processes or the services we provide and can execute independently on those ideas as well.
