.NET Tech Lead

About the Job
As a Backend Tech Lead you will be a part of a dedicated team with other specialists – both Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Quality Assurance, Solutions Consultants, and Project managers. You will be using half of your time developing solutions for our clients together with the team, and half of your time on the technical management of the project.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions on some of our key projects and that we deliver value every day. You will be responsible for all the technical aspects of a strong and interdisciplinary project team, where you will be actively involved in agile development processes. We are working in short, agile sprints, and believe in a fast delivery pipeline that enables us to provide results for our clients quickly and efficiently. This also involves ongoing feedback from our clients and end-users so that we can improve our solutions and processes.
Your responsibilities will be
- Ensuring that software is delivered with the quality agreed with the client.
- Taking the lead on prioritizing and delegating tasks on large projects.
- Participate in meetings together with the client and team members.
- To balance customers’ requirements, deadlines, resources and technical solutions.
- Ensure that the correct technical and commercial documentation of the solution is created and updated.
- Ensure that projects are progressing according to expectations.
- Serve as a role model for the team and be the driver for excellent team interaction and culture.
Your Profile
- 4-6 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and Azure.
- Good understanding of .NET and .NET Core frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of the C# language.
- Excellent team working and communication skills.
- Previous experience developing digital commerce solutions.
- Knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API first, Cloud Native and Headless).
- Excellent knowledge in Azure DevOps CICD Build & Release pipelines.
- Good knowledge in Azure ARM templates, Bicep, Function Apps, Service Bus and Web Apps.
- Good understanding of database normalization.
- Knowledge on both SQL-based and NoSQL document databases.
- Experience with Git and Git Flow.
- Working knowledge of various CICD tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services within Microsoft Platform.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and ability to explain them to any stakeholder on the project.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code and TDD.
- Strive for continuous improvement.
- Taking initiative in coordination and communication within the team and with customers.
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
