You will work investigative with our client teams and customers on identifying, understanding, and working to fix environmental and social problems with our ecommerce solutions, e.g., how to integrate socially beneficial programs and practices into a corporation's ecommerce business model and culture.
Helping our clients through our solutions living out and supporting the causes they care about and helping them deliver transparency and ensuring a positive business reputation - overall driving changes for our customers and impact their business so we together with our customers can chance the commerce for the better!
ABOUT THE JOB
You will make the difference and will be responsible for driving our CSR practice and agenda internally creating a community activating awareness and innovation within our organization and projects, but most of the time facilitating workshops for our customers working with our purpose ‘changing commerce for the better’ in close corporation with our IMPACT project teams.
You will stay abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promote best practices.
Your deliveries will primarily be:
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of CSR strategy
- Identification of solutions for our customers in new and ongoing projects
- Prepare and update policies for CSR (ESG) - internally
- Preparation of relevant and necessary reporting
- Design, plan, conduct, and follow up on workshops for customer and client teams
- Drive and execute thought leadership
We see you as a driven, passionate, and business-attuned CSR professional who has demonstrated strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
You understand how to influence others, through actions and communication and can develop strategies and set them to life through project planning and can quickly assess our customers’ challenges and opportunities and put this into action and solutions.
