ABOUT THE STARSHIP

At IMPACT, we consider our interns our new STAR. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity for a versatile Starship (internship), providing you the chance to utilize your academic learnings in a professional setting, developing your professionalism, and creating a natural bridge between the classroom to the future job market.

You will become part of a project team full of people, who will be able to assist you, creating a learning environment to support your professional as well as personal learning journey. By joining us, you will be able to use your skills within the area of Backend development, and your primary assignments will include:

• Learning the processes, ins- and outs of working with system development and code in a larger agency
• Contributing to your team’s efforts and bridging the knowledge gap
• Becoming proficient with the tech stack of the project, most likely .Net Core, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies
• Soak up the vibe of a large office environment
  
  

During the Starship, you will have your development plan designed in accordance with your study program, which will help to ensure your growth in a professional and fun social work environment. Our experience is that you get the most out of the starship if you can work 37 hours a week, beginning from preferably august 2023.

YOUR PROFILE

We are, first and foremost, looking for a Star who would like to be challenged and is ready to learn in a dynamic and practical work environment. In addition, we imagine you are studying for a software engineer or a bachelor’s degree in system development and that you are curious, open-minded, diligent, tech-savvy, and just nice to be around.

At last, we are looking for a team member who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT.
