ABOUT THE STARSHIP

At IMPACT, we consider our interns our new STAR. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity for a versatile Starship (internship), providing you the chance to utilize your academic learnings in a professional setting, developing your professionalism, and creating a natural bridge between the classroom to the future job market.

You will become part of Extend Project Management Team, who will be able to assist you, creating a learning environment to support your professional as well as personal learning journey. By joining us, you will be able to use your skills within the area of digital project management, and your primary assignments will include the following:

• Project management on smaller projects – ensuring clear agreements with customers and the team and acting as point of contact. Moreover, ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed time, budget, and quality.
• Ensure progress on projects, including preparation of plans, use of project management tools, status meetings, and status reporting.
• Project assistance on larger projects, follow a senior project manager, and learn how to run an agile project.
• Maintain a good and healthy project economy by, amongst other things, ongoing task estimation, budget follow-up with the customer, and management of change requests.
• Project enablement, including reporting, invoicing, time management, GDPR compliance, resource booking etc.

During the Starship, you will have your own development plan designed in accordance with your study program, which will help to ensure your growth in a professional and fun social work environment. Our experience is that you get the most out of the starship if you can work 37 hours a week, beginning in August 2023.

We are, first and foremost, looking for a Star who would like to be challenged and is ready to learn in a dynamic and practical work environment. You are curious, open-minded, and ready to learn. In addition, we imagine you are a student in MPL at DMJX.

At last, we are looking for a team member who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT.
