Then it might be you we are looking for as a Business Analyst for our PIM/Cloud Department in our office in Copenhagen or Aarhus.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Business Analyst in our Product Information Management (PIM) team, you will act as an important go-to person for our customers to optimize their data and processes through a well-defined strategy for business and IT architecture.
You will be part of a consulting team that helps customers define and set up PIM/DAM systems. You will analyze, data model, and define processes in accordance with company strategy, concepts, requirements, and architecture - and you will collaborate with some of Scandinavia’s most exciting companies such as Ganni, Tiger of Sweden, HIFI Klubben and Arla from our offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
Your work schedule will vary depending on your tasks and location. Some days you will work remotely, some days you will focus on intensive tasks, and some days you will focus on interacting with customers.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Advising customers with their product data setup
- Technical configuring of PIM/DAM systems
- Run analysis around processes & data
- Facilitate workshops
- Create solution alternatives/proposals
- Educate customers on their PIM solutions.
- Automization of data and processes – ex. Set up Artificial Intelligence (AI) flows
- Prepare project documentation - including business requirements, IT architecture, etc.
- Ensure governance and further development of best practices on internal processes regarding IT strategy and architecture.
YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you can bridge IT and business. You might have a technical and business-oriented education e.g. cand.IT, cand.merc, ITKO, cand.merc Information Management, ICT Engineer, or similar.
We expect you to be analytical with the ability to keep a great overview, be mindful of details, and be able to communicate your knowledge to different stakeholders. Danish and/or Swedish fluent speakers are preferred.
You could be a newly graduate with some experience from a relevant student job - or you could have a few years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager. Most important is that you have an interest in IT, data, reporting, business analysis, process optimization, or similar.
You work dedicated, have a large drive, and are curious and ready to learn. You are motivated by a large interface and prefer a daily life that includes dialogue and sparring with colleagues and customers. You are good at building relationships and trust which makes it easy for you to step into the role of trusted advisor for our clients.
In addition, you are quality-conscious, professionally ambitious, and at the same time contribute to an informal work environment that is characterized by an open and honest tone.
