ABOUT THE JOB

As Senior Product Lead, you will be playing a leading part in defining our customers’ product vision and roadmap in collaboration with client stakeholders and the IMPACT product team consisting of Tech Leads, UX, Design, and QA. You will be responsible for defining and delivering IT strategies, architectures, business requirements, and digital concepts to ensure that the solution we create brings value to our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will have an overview of the client's business, help clarify complex issues, and present a solid basis for decision-making. With your team inn Aarhus, you will create high-end omnichannel commerce for some of Scandinavia's and Europe's leading brands and companies in a professional and fun social work environment.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Define solutions and architecture in close collaboration with the customer, UX, Design, and Tech Leads.
• Drive the product vision and roadmap and communicate to the client stakeholders and IMPACT team.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner at the customer's site to ensure progress with the product backlog.
• Ensure that the customer experience and other UX concepts are supported by a solid IT strategy.
• Facilitate workshops with clients.

• Create documentation about the solution – ex. Business requirements, IT architecture, etc.
• Ensure governance and develop best practices for internal IT strategy and architecture processes.

YOUR PROFILE

The right candidate for this job could potentially have a technical and/or business-oriented background, for example, ITKO, Information Management, Cand. IT or similar. You are curious, ambitious, and like a casual working environment. Your key competencies are in the field of digital strategy and product development, where you have built experience with professional advisory. An example could be the role of a Product Owner or IT Business Analyst. You have a strong ability to link business and requirements to IT development. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have at least three years of experience. 

As you will be working in a complex stakeholder environment, you have great facilitation skills and thrive engaging with both stakeholders at the customer's site and your colleagues with other areas of expertise internally in IMPACT. You constantly seek to improve the quality of the work you do and have a focus on creating value and results. Finally, building relations and trust comes naturally to you, which makes you able to be our customer's trusted advisor.
